Abstract
This article is dedicated to the study of the life and statecraft of Amir Temur in France during the reign of King Louis XIV. It highlights the factors that led to the interest in researching the history of Sahibqiron during the French monarch's rule, analyzing the political environment of that era. The works of French historians such as Seigneur de Saint-Cointin, Jean Chardin, Barthélemy d’Herbelot de Molainville, and Petis de la Croix—who contributed to the scholarly development of Temur studies—reflect their views on Amir Temur's personality and his approach to governance.
